The Nest is a non-profit developer who’s vision is to awaken the local church to become a leading provider in affordable housing as a reflection of God’s love for all peoples.

To envision, empower and equip local churches, to purposely engage in poverty relief and community building through the development and operation of affordable housing where people are loved, supported and accepted.
Challenge… meet opportunity.
Many churches throughout British Columbia are facing a similar problem. Aging facilities and declining revenues are forcing memberships into difficult scenarios. Often the only way forward appears to be the sale of their land.
We believe there’s another way. A way which enables churches to retain their land, a way where they can expand their mission through the care of people in need, and a way where they may even realize a long term financial return.
